Commercial real estate in Kansas City's historic West Bottoms

Once a bustling 19th-century industrial hub, the West Bottoms has evolved into a vibrant center for art, entrepreneurship and small business growth. Our buildings are part of that story.

Where history meets opportunity

Rooted in legacy yet built for modern use, our properties celebrate the industrial architecture of the past. At the same time, they offer the modern amenities today's creators and businesses expect, so tenants get spaces that are both inspiring and functional.

We also foster a strong sense of community by connecting like-minded professionals, from designers to retailers to small manufacturers. Our buildings are more than places to work. They are places to grow, collaborate and succeed.
